Good communication and the check-in procedure was quite convenient. Was sent an e-mail that the apartment is ready, went to the office and got the keys and a map handed to me.
This is not a luxurious apartment, but the furniture was quite new when I stayed there.

Great view at the food market across the street (note that you might end up looking at the apartment block on the opposite side of the building).
