Location and view were wonderful. All modern appliances in kitchen and bath. Very clean and safe for small children. Lots of space.

Good location, walking distance to everywhere, supermarket in the same building.

Location with nice balcony and view of fjord.
Balcony is directly next to youth hostel balcony. This can not be avoided in cities but is good to know.
Wifi was tricky and not always available. Lots of street noise ( drunk
kids etc. late into the night). Not a problem with windows closed but we
like the fresh air at night.
Perhaps another towel per person?.
The showers as they leaked, water over the floor. Would have liked instructions for appliances in English.
Key to the building and to the unit was tempormental, and we had to get the front desk to help 3 times.

Although it is a apartment, but a expensive one.
So, maid should clean the room everyday, not ones only.
apartment almost with everything, but TV doesn't work. No soap, No Shampoo.
No reception after 1530 vs posted check in time of 1400 to 2100. Had to call security and wait 45 minutes to begin check in after arriving at 1532. Temperature of room was uncomfortably cold when thermostat set on maximum. No soap, shampoo, etc, provided. No bath matts.
