The friendly and helpful staff and our great suite, completely suitable for our needs. Felt safe and secure and looked after, which was just what we needed at this time. I like where it is situated. I was cheching in very late and this was sorted out and no worries. The room is serviced while your out, fresh towels etc. Good sized studio, well eqipped and quiet. Value for money, will stay again. Friendly staff. Stayed 5 nights. Convenience shops close by.

It was easy to get extra towels when needed. the facilities are well stock fro preparing food. the owner was helpful upgraded broom for free.was handy to the location i needed to be in. would saty again. The room was comfortable and warm. The shower pressure was great which is very important to me. very nice welcome, very friendly and helpful. Handy to were we needed to be for the weekend. Location to shops and city was very good. Well the room. Was Ok. Awesome that we were able to stay with our dog. Very convenient location. Great shower. Lovely to welcome the dogs, thank you. Easy access. . The one bedroom unit I stayed in was a reasonable size. The motel is handy in as much as you can travel to many parts of Auckland easily. Location and the elderly lady at reception was lovely. Location good. Allowed pets. It was clean. Pleased we paid half price (deal) as we would not have stayed if full price. Clean linen. Clean shower and toilet. Size of room. Bed reasonably comfortable. Location was great for us as we had an appointment in Meadowbank. Quiet. It was convenient for us as we were visiting our son and his family in Ellerslie. The staff were great, as in the cleaners and one of the men in reception. The traffic noise, which can't be avoided. TV reception wasn't the best but not too important in the scheme of things. old building, not insulated so quite cold during winter nights. The manager had gone out for supposedly '' 20min '' but he didn't come for Atleast an hour. No towels in the room but they bought some over. Up dating the decor will be great. The motel is quite tired and needs a housekeepr to go through the rooms after the cleaners have benn through them. The unit I was in had two lights that weren't working. I did not think this was value for money. Internet connection failed with every log on attempt. TV recpetion was very poor and the use of the facilities (laundry and sauna) should be included in the price. Whilst the unit furniture was dated it was comfortable. Unfortunately the floor of the unit was not cleaned. Very dated. Taps all very hard to turn off and dripped. Shower way too strong. Found broken glass in cupboard. Maintained/cleanliness of room. Tv was poor,electric blanket only half worked,it was a cold night,only a 2barr heater,heater on wall didn't work. Reception was uninviting, front person kept disappearing through to next room. Grounds uninviting Swimming pool was green Our room was old, overdue for update. Crockery dirty tv was not tuned correctly-black & white reception. Filthy windows, walls, curtains etc Seemed as if no maintainence had been done for a very long time in this room. Maybe that's why it was half price. The cleaning was not good with lots of long black hair on the bathroom floor! The beds were not that comfortable - a bit hard !! The owners took a long time to sign us in etc!!!. There was ants in the room, when we mentioned it they just said oh ya and that was it. No attempt to clean or kill them. Also the fridge was tempermental. Switching itself off and on and we lost all our food in it. The leaking taps Broken and damaged drawers and cupboards Shower Hot and cold control dangerous No Sky TV and channels kept on changing by them selves!! Very run down in general. dirty wet towels no tv reception terrible bed.
