The free food fridge/breakfast. The staff are more than willing to help with any problems you might have and work to create an extremely hospitable environment!. The most valuable thing here is the staff. They are all very friendly. Excellent breakfast, there are some computers you can use for free. - Free food (amazing!!) - Easy to find - Middle of center, so close to many stores - Easy with public transportation - Friendly staff.

I am satisfied with everything.we went at christmas at lucasbolwerk 4 we paid also 19.50 euro each every night but we got not only the mails for free but also beer and wine it was a very nice dinner nice staff huge of food will come in the summer for the famous B.B.Q s . Excellent location,it's near the main station and the hotspots of the city (Speelklok Museum, Domtoren, Catharijne Museum and the shopping district). The girl in the reception was very kind and helpful, gave some important information about the city and asked me to change to a better room. Helpful staff, and they have 2 big fridges - one for your own food and another where you can help yourself. The B&B Utrecht City Center´s staff was very kind, patient and helpful. good location internet facilities helpful. close to everywhere and bus stops. Good safe, lesure atmosphere. the facilities. Filthy, dirty ... Didnt like it at all full of teenagers dirty washrooms, nevertheless the attention was very good. location. I didn't like that I had to go downstairs to use the baathroom, but it's no big deal. The shower didn't function well. The restroom was in short - one for 20 beds. They supply ingredients and we cook without any cookware provided. nothing. The sheets were stinky (they had a smell of sweat on it), the rooms were very hot with very few views for ventillation, the door of the WC is broken and it's necessary to hold it everytime while using it. For some reason, the room was supposed to be exclusively feminine but, in the other day, they were several men sleeping inside there, and they said anything about it. The stairs are steep but that's the way older houses are in this country. The dorm gets pretty crowded, and the furnishings feel a little dated. The heating system from my bedroom was out of order, but the hostel´s staff provided soon a portable heating system. As a hostel many young people usually stay there and as expected some nights could be noisy. the reception wasn't well cleaned, although the staff was helpful. the free food was "exhibited" in the hot room for hours and I don't think this was healthy. not very clean , tough stairs to climb. The kitchen is for free use, but not clean, that I didn't wanna use it. Food is also free, but not good, some were even burned, but it's free and can make yourself full anyway. the bathroom. This place is absolutely disgusting, so dirty, never seen anything like that in my life, I booked the bed in room for 10 people but was 24 people room, bedding very dirty, mould in the bathroom, when I booked the price was 18 euro, I have been charged 19. Stay away from this hostel, you will be better of on Utrecht train station.
