The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

  Location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to a tram (not that you need it!) 10 minutes walk to the Dam/shopping area. Absolutely spot on. I was on a business trip, but plan to go back in the Spring with my wife. Paul and Patricia were terrific in helping out and providing advice. Great service!

  It's a really a great place to stay at in Amsterdam. All that is said about the apartment and Guido the landlord is true. We had a fantastic time here, the center is really just 10-15 mins of walk, the place is silent and has a nice view on the Amstel river. I can recommend this place for everyone - Really nice to go "home",after a day of walking and sight seeing, and relax with a nice bath(huge clean tub)and a cup of herbal tea. We also saved money buying a muffin the night before and have our coffee and muffin in the am. before going out. The location is very convenient to all canal boat stops, on a quiet street in a pleasant neighborhood.

  We really enjoyed the place. It was so clean, new, light and spacious, perfect for our big family of 2 adults and 4 kids between the ages of 2 and 13. Especially our 3 oldest kids (7-13 years old, 2 boys, 1 girl) enjoyed riding the tractors, mooncars, go-karts around the property and visiting with all the animals. From gb this was appreciated greatly. They helped us with directions and places to go they were beyond fantastic, couldn't have wished for better hosts. Couldn't possibly fault anything if I tried.
