  I stayed in this hotel with my wife. We arrived sooner than planned in Amsterdam and had to leave our baggage in the hotel before the check-in time, but that was absolutely no problem. The room is perfect, clean and spacious, with a great view to the river and equipped with a nice shower, toilet and kitchen. For breakfast, we were left all the necessary ingredie - Excellent stay. We chose this as it is something different and more fun than an ordinary hotel and it was fabulous. Centrally located (10 mins walk from Centraal) but quiet. The standard of accommodation was excellent. Lovely to sit in the wheel house with a drink in hand looking out over the water. Very friendly and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again.

  I certainly recommend this place as an excellent base for exploring the city of Amsterdam, whilst being able to retreat to a nice peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle.   My husband and I recently stayed here (May 2013). We loved it. All of it. We would love to visit again. The homeowners are amazing, friendly and very accommodating. The cottage is located on miles and miles of cycling and running trails (my personal paradise). You are in the middle of the country and only a 9km cycle into the center of Amsterdam. ... 别人怎么说 » A view out the kitchen window each more morning I could see bunnies, ducks, various types of birds (it’s a bird lovers paradise!) and many other anima - The location is brilliant. 10-12 min drive to the the city or ca. 6-7 min to the Park & Ride. Then you can take a tram and in 10 mins you are at the Central Station. The cottage is tiny but has everything you need in a cool design. The surroundings are very nice with nature and canals. You can sit on the small terrace and enjoy the multitude of birds and the nice canal. The village next door is pretty and has one restaurant (no breakfast!). Everything is just perfect.
