  The staff was so friendly, the room was very beautiful as well. The location was far from Amsterdam, however you could enjoy seaside - the beach was in front of the hotel!   Five Star Delight We have just returned from the best stay we have ever had in Haarlem. When you make a hotel booking you read the reviews, the pros and cons, and then make your choice. We choose “Bed and Breakfast L'Anders”. This is a small 4 bedroom place with the rooms above the restaurant facing onto the beautiful square. We were welcomed by o... 别人怎么说 » ne of the friendliest people I have meet in awhile, indeed one of the stand out experiences of our stay was the quality of the people who work here. - We had the most pleasant experience and never wanted to leave but had already made arrangements to move on. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were given the room that overlooked the center and It was discussed that if we were to return we would stay for an extended time. You can take the public transportation to the surrounding cities if you wish to. What a wonderful experience we had.   Beautiful interesting village, we stayed here on our way back to the ferry in Amsterday and spent the morning in timeless tranquility examining thou countless venues (houses) showing art and photography. Our accommodation was stylish and eclectic though there is a narrow winding staircase to our suite.   Fantastic location just round the corner from Centraal Station, was easy to find - its basically above the Resin coffeeshop. Beds were alright for a short stay, good enough kitchen facilities for us to cook up a couple of very tasty meals. Decent size bathroom with a good shower. Smoking was permitted which was great for us - you can request non smoking if required though. - The owner of the apartment was great! He was very helpful. The apartment was value for money. All the facilities were excellent and the location is perfect with a multitude of shops, restaurants and bars close by! I would recommend and definitely will be booking to stay again!
