  The location of the hotel and the staf are realy helpfull and nice - The hotel is in an excellent location, quite near to Dam Square and all the major attractions. I liked the fact the hotel has a lift - I have stayed in small hotels in the past and have to climb lots of narrow, steep steps which is difficult with bags.   For value for money this would be the best hotel i have stayed anywhere in the world , staff are extra helpful , rooms very clean and functional , great bar and facilities - Everything, including the free Shuttle Bus to the airport and free Internet access.   Five star service in a clean, warm comfortable hotel. All the staff where great and I have never had a room in any hotel of any level where the maid folded clothes, put them away, put the cap back on my razor etc - The facilities provided were excellent. The hotel was close to the Venue RAI Conference centre. The staff were friendly and helpful.
