  The location is wonderful with the port on one side and a windmill/town on the other. The room is very spacious and full of light (large windows all around). The hotel is easy to get to from the ferry and to go/come from/to when exploring the island.

  Everything, one of the most pleasant, relaxing holidays we've had. Our 4 year old loved it. The owners could not have been more friendly and helpful. We went without a car and this meant a lot of walking to bus stops, but this was no problem for us. You're in the centre but away from the noisy crowd. Dam Square is within 15 min walk. The tram stop is just next to the hotel so it's really easy to get everywhere in Amsterdam. The rooms are well-equipped, though not large, but there is enough space and furniture for - The hotel is easily reachable by public transport. I spent two nights in the hotel and enjoyed comfortable and clean rooms, rich breakfasts and friendly staff who was always there ready to help. When I arrived to the hotel tired after a long travel the manager offered me complimentary tea/coffee and gave very useful tips about what to see and where to go.   We were impressed by Naomi. She never stops working. She is the receptionist, answers the emails, waits the customers at midnight, brings your suitcases upstairs, cleans the rooms, prepares the breakfast with pancakes and fresh orange juice. You can park in front of the hotel, it's free till 9 a.m., or on the crossing street which is always free. - We actually rented 3 rooms with extra beds and it was wonderful.
