  The hotel staff were very friendly/lovely and very helpfull. Lovely hotel and the room was actually large. Hotel in nice area by Botanical Gardens (Horticus Botanicus) 15-20 min walk into city centre! Definately stay there again! - quiet, friendly and close to center. 2 stars but feels like 3, to say the least.

  The staff was excellent with great suggestions on places to visit in the area and very knowledgeable about the Netherlands in general. They went out of their way to provide pamphlets and discount cards on things they knew we were interested in. The location was great and breakfast was also very good.
