  The location of the hotel and the staf are realy helpfull and nice - The hotel is in an excellent location, quite near to Dam Square and all the major attractions. I liked the fact the hotel has a lift - I have stayed in small hotels in the past and have to climb lots of narrow, steep steps which is difficult with bags.   We stayed at a newly renovated room and the design and comfort was perfect, room was also very clean. - Very comfortable bed, very good breakfast, tea/coffee maker. In our room there was a bathroom with (dark) glass wall - so you can see what's happening inside from the room - you have to decide on your own whether it's a plus or not :)
