  Charles, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made us most welcome and wanted to make our stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. He gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The peaceful location was excellent for getting to all the major attractions.   I stayed in this hotel with my wife. We arrived sooner than planned in Amsterdam and had to leave our baggage in the hotel before the check-in time, but that was absolutely no problem. The room is perfect, clean and spacious, with a great view to the river and equipped with a nice shower, toilet and kitchen. For breakfast, we were left all the necessary ingredie - Excellent stay. We chose this as it is something different and more fun than an ordinary hotel and it was fabulous. Centrally located (10 mins walk from Centraal) but quiet. The standard of accommodation was excellent. Lovely to sit in the wheel house with a drink in hand looking out over the water. Very friendly and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again.

  A fabulous apartment - lovely interior design and every comfort - and wonderful hosts, Dennis and Vincent, who could not have been more helpful with restaurants etc. The apartment is in a great central location but not noisy, close to metro, supermarket and easy walks around city to museums.   The location is wonderful with the port on one side and a windmill/town on the other. The room is very spacious and full of light (large windows all around). The hotel is easy to get to from the ferry and to go/come from/to when exploring the island.

  We picked this because of the price and because we drove up from Brussels. Parking in the inner city is very difficult.Great help from the owners beforehand and when we got there. We'll appointed, excellent facilities including a fridge full of beer & spirits. For a group of guys on a football trip this was heaven. The house was stocked with drinks and groceries and though it was not free I felt that the prices were fair. Location was quiet and 5 mins walk from the nearest tram which took about 20 mins to the centre of town. We were a group of 5 and everyone in the group was impressed at the value for money. We will definitely be back.

Going on an evening stroll amongst some of the most beautiful canals ever created, you'll find yourself amid some of the most intriguing sites Amsterdam has to offer (Ann Frank House, Van Gogh Museum, Dam Square...). At the same time, this Boutique Hotel is located in a part of the city which has such a neighborly feel, you'll find yourself wishing you a resident rather than just a tourist.
