The room and bathroom were small and plain, but clean: very comfortable bed, good heat, strong and hot shower. Other good features: good breakfast with eggs, meat, cheese, bread, etc.; coffe and tea available all day; friendly staff who went out of their way to help; convenient location - very good place, staff is nice, price is nice ,too

Niels provided outstanding service. He was personable and extremely helpful. When I first arrived in Amsterdam I got myself lost in the red light district and he came to pick me up. He met us at the tram station, helped with parking, gave good tips on where to eat, was available for text messages if necessary and arranged a transfer to the airport. The apartment was very well located and furnished, we were a group of 6 people and it was much cheaper to stay in the apartment than to book hotel rooms.
