Right in the centre of Maastricht on walking distance of everything.
We were on the first and second floor and did not sleep because of the very very loud noise from downstairs from a Shisha Waterpipe Lounge until very late. Not only extremely loud but also smelly because of the smell of the tobacco.

Loads of space. Very quiet location. Clean. Parking space for our car (Not advertised when we booked so a great bonus) The location was fantastic for us, just opposite the University (Though again we didn't know this when we booked). Properly stocked kitchen with basic cutlery etc.
Not knowing where the appartment was situated when we booked. No bedside tables, so they sat on the floor. WiFi didn't work. The door bell on the street, didn't work. We were supplied only key, so when the family split up to do different things, we had to text or phone to get back in. No soap. (But dish cloth, dishwasher tablets, and liquid were supplied) No pictures on the walls. No drawer space for cloths, lots of hanging space though No towel rails No drying up cloths (teatowels).
Very large apartment... Good for families with children above 5 years.
Great location in the heart of Maastrickt ....surrounded by eateries, shops and places of interest. Accommodation was well maintained, clean and stylish. Everyone at the booking office was helpful.
The stairs leading up to our apartment...strenuous and require hanging onto the handrails. Make sure you have what you need in supplies before you commence the trek to your apartment

Apartment was spotlessly clean and right in the centre of the city, but on a side street with no traffic.
We were on the first floor and the stairs are extremely steep, so not suitable for elderly with mobility problems or young children
Excellent location, lovely apartment, clean, everything we needed was there. Supermarket, nice eateries/shops close by, also very near to bridge over river to rest of town. Friendly staff on arrival. Staying in an apartment is a good way for a large group with children to stay in a city centre. Comfy beds, nice little patio off one of the bedrooms. Will stay there again.
Check-in at a hotel and then allocated apartment, which means finding your way round town! No inventory, toiletries not there as stated on booking, short on sheet and pillow case, unable to connect to wifi. However, did not report these issues to the the staff as we were only there two nights - they were very friendly, I am sure they would have sorted it out for us!

We got lulled with a 44 dollar taxes on top of our final payment. Which we were really not happy about. Since we were told total amount of our stay was paid for!
Beds were good, I slept well. Kitchen was well equipped. Living room felt cozy. Center was rather near to walk. Food store (AH) was near.
No toiletries in the bathroom or WC, the room looked a bit (darker) different than the one on the photo. The one on the photo impressed me more.
The apartment was clean ans spacious and in center of the city.
There were no towels. The bathroom smells strongly of sewer gases. The TV did not work (gave a message that the antennae needed adjusting). The WiFi router was missing and only shows a very weak signal, thus no internet.

- General condition of the place was a bit tired: Walls were dirty; beds were shabby; bedside lamp was faulty; and furniture was very well used.
The apartment we stayed at was in excellent location.
In the attic, 3 floors of the most steep stairs, really rediculous.no fire escape. No basics, hair dryer, tea towel, dish cloth! Nothing at all. Hard basic furniture. 650 Euro for 2 nights! Never again

Nothing -this aprartment was over priced, under equipped, dirty and reminded me of a sordid student accomodation commonly available in the UK. It was nasty - we immediatley left and are trying to get a refund
Dirty pillow, no wardrobe, dirty ruffled blanket thrown over the settee, missing handle on drawer, dirty fingermarks in kitchen, nasty little dingy bathroom.... ugh
