  The staff were probably the most helpful I have come across in 30 years of travelling the world. They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. The decor of the hotel is great and although like all canal side town houses the rooms are small, they were well laid out and of a high quality. Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning. The staff were wonderful, and we will be going back.

  Location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to a tram (not that you need it!) 10 minutes walk to the Dam/shopping area. Absolutely spot on. High standard of accommodation, comfortable sofa, quality furniture, lovely bathroom, well equipped in terms of TV, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc. Loved the view! We have stayed in 4 other apartments in Amsterdam and this one is the overall winner. - I do not have anything bad to say about this apartment . It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. it was very cold when we arrived and our host had the heating switched on,nice touch. It is in a great location, within walking distance of the main sights and there are lovely shops and cafes around the corner. Will definitely stay here again.

  Although check in was not until 3pm, I arrived after a long flight at 10.00am. The receptionist, I'm sorry, but I dont know his name, he always smiles and seems to be always there,asked me to make myself comfortable in the lobby whilst he sorted something out. Clean and modern with an excellent coffee machine, but you had to go around the corner to a supermarket to buy all supplies including sugar, special coffee packets for the machine, etc. Free laundry facilities but you need to supply your own detergent.
