  The hotel staff were very friendly/lovely and very helpfull. Lovely hotel and the room was actually large. Hotel in nice area by Botanical Gardens (Horticus Botanicus) 15-20 min walk into city centre! Definately stay there again! - quiet, friendly and close to center. 2 stars but feels like 3, to say the least.

  Staff were really friendly and the location was good! We went clubbing each night and came in around 6 but they had no problems with letting us in at whatever time. The guys at reception gave us about 100 maps because we kept asking for directions and they were really helpful!
