  Good host who provided useful local information on nearby pubs and cafes. Very close to Central station and tram routes. Flat well sourced with tea/coffee and travel guides/maps. Luckily we were on first floor - good tip to ask for this flat. Able to leave bags in cycle shop next door which was also run by our host. The location of Kalkmarkt is very good next to a canal and only a short walk to restaurants, the City Center and Central railway station. City people likes me enjoy a lot in this kind of town house. Besides, couple can enjoy simple cooking if you have been tired to eat outside during a long vacation. The flat is simple and clean as well. Absolutely recommended!
