Room was very clean, just what we needed for a stop off before headed to our next destination in the morning. Shower/toilet is in the room, me and my partner wasn't bothered, but might be a bother for some people if friends are sharing a room. there was discounts for local restaurants and cafes, we did the breakfast in the Park Café in the morning

Minimal but functional. Bed was comfy, everything worked. No problems with noise. It was clean and new. Location was great, easy walking distance from everything, but still a quiet pleasant location. Plenty of interesting stuff right near the hotel, Escher museum, Mesdag panorama, the shopping area, cafes, eateries and art galleries... It's the best budget option we could find. No frills but the basics are good.

The breakfast room is a beautiful antique-looking room. Overall, the building looks really well maintained and welcoming. Additionally, I got upgraded to an apartment... The apartment was not in the same building as the hotel, but the owner graciously drove me there, even if it was only a couple of minutes away.
