The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

You could not wish for a better location. The hotel staff are awesome and some of the most helpfull and friendly I have ever experienced. We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there.
The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

The apartment was big enough. Good location, close to restaurants and shopping zones. A direct tram to the central station, 6 stops only. Canal view. Fully equipped kitchen. The host was kind to propose in advance another address instead of the one mentioned in initial booking (because of the noize due to nearby renovations)
