The receptionist and bar staff is very pleasant and basically still there anyway there is not classic reception. I wonder why there is not a "normal" reception made for them in the left corner of restaurant - on the mainstreet side. These tables are never taken and the rest of the restaurant is large enough considering it can be exposed just during breakfast. The hotel will look more "pro" with it and the staff will not hang around restaurant with their laptop on tables. I am giving the young s.
所有评语 » I've stayed multiple times at this hotel and have always enjoyed it. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good and the rooms are comfy enough for people who do not spend a lot of time in their hotel room (like me). I also like that they keep developing their property. Small things, like hooks to hang towels on and bigger things, such as creating more parking space in their backyard. Finally, there is security the whole night, which gives a sense of safety to the guests. The hotel location is fantastic. Easy walk to train and old city. Breakfast very nice. Shower and bathroom huge by European standards. Bed comfortable. Staircase treacherous but they did have an elevator. early check in with no extra fee within walking distance of the train station and the historical town center yummy breakfast well designed rooms with modern appeal. I just wish the showers do have also "strong" stream flow option, aside the rainforrest rain. But that is easy to fix. There is not classic reception. Minibar or fridge is missing after 23.00 bar closes. It was very hard to find hotel staff when needed. They would not let me check in at noon so I had to sleep at the airport for a while and check in at 2pm. Curtains on windows completely nonfunctional. Lights operated on a remote control which was odd and not convenient. cleanliness was just above acceptable with dirty bed linen and dust at visible places ceiling was leaking while shower in the room above was used thin walls. - shower basin in our room was too shallow, so the water was leaking out to the carpet. nothing. Run more like a really good youth hostel than a hotel with no staff at the front desk - at all - even mid-day. You need to ring for them. no hairdryer in the room. Unable to check in until 15:00. Bar very quiet in evening. Really small room. No reading light in the room. The duty manager telling us that our room had been cleaned when we knew it had not. It was our request for fresh towels that annoyed him (I think). There is nothing much to like about this place and is over priced for what it offers. Sink in bedroom itself Shower not seperate or private Staff completely unhelpful and apathetic No way to turn off shower light No staff after 5.30pm The room was so wonky you couldnt sleep on the beds the right way up Terrible value for money.
