Really friendly. Quirkey interesting rooms. Really nice area to stay in close to interesting small shops and nice bars. Can walk easily into downtown Arnhem,
The rail way line was a bit close. Would have liked to be able to open a window.

Arrangements were,ade for a very late arrival.
The decor was rather challenging at 11.00pm. Not the least bit restful. The lack of availability of an ironing board made pressing clothes awkward.
What is obvious - design of: building, lift, room :) Nice breakfast, very friendly and helpfull stuff!

Every room in the hotel is decotated differently. This makes for a very interesting stay if you are a business person and need to stay at a hotel in Arnhem regularly. The breakfast, staff, and service were all first class. I can highly recommend this hotel. Close to the city centre, with plenty of things going on in the hotel locality.

Location next to the train tracks, could be a bit noisy.
Their efforts to make a hotel stay more of an artful experience. The only elevator (lift) in the world where you might just decide to pass up your own floor and ride on further.
Nothing even resembling a work desk in room. Breakfast is not bad but certainly not remarkable, compared to nearby hotels.
