  Everything about this was excellent - hotel small and characterful, staff extremely welcoming and helpful, breakfast delicious, rooms and beds very comfortable. We stayed in the family room (room no. 5) which had a large jacuzzi in the bathroom!   Everything, nice couple that was very nice and helpful in anything we asked, the apartment was big and comfy, we had there everything we needed and a big kitchen with everything you can ask for. We had an amazing view to the lake, the apartment looked new and it was also renovated.   Charles, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made us most welcome and wanted to make our stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. He gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The peaceful location was excellent for getting to all the major attractions.   A much better alternative to a hotel for a family or a group of friends. This is a really beautiful, modern apartment, spacious, well-designed and very well-appointed. Chris is very friendly and forthcoming with information. A short walk from everything, museums and centre, while in a quiet area of the city. Very highly recommended. - I can't recommend our stay at Kiki's more, I visited Amsterdam with 5 friends and the accommodation was absolutely ideal for us.
