This is a small run operation but they were helpful and made us feel very welcome. Room is quite simple with a funny little shower off the kitchen (and the toilet behind that!) but it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location. Great for a couple looking for a quiet location to relax and be out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Amsterdam. This was a great area to stay to check out the trendy Jordaan, nine streets, and night club district.

  The room was a good size, nicely furnished and with a working tv. The bathroom was really nice too, very clean and had a hair dryer.   Good host who provided useful local information on nearby pubs and cafes. Very close to Central station and tram routes. Flat well sourced with tea/coffee and travel guides/maps. Luckily we were on first floor - good tip to ask for this flat. Able to leave bags in cycle shop next door which was also run by our host.   Good location in a quiet and beautiful canal in Jordaan (the “jardin” district in Amsterdam). We stayed in the interior room (bigger than the front room). It has a high window that lets the natural light flood in (doesn’t look directly outside). The room was clean and has a good size for 2 persons. The room was clean, warm and a good size for 2 people with luggage. Great value for money, will stay here on our return to Amsterdam!

  We loved the location and the fact that it was a boat! We were in Amsterdam and lived the experience of living in a boat! How cool?!
