The breakfast was great and included in the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for city and conference center access. Breakfast included in the price. The location was good, not too far from tram stops. The hotel was ideally located for myself. Near to the things I wanted to be near. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. The bed was comfortable.
所有评语 » The price,It's enough for our stay. location. Nothing. Family owned apparently. Had in-room wifi and basic cold cuts breakfast. Good location to catch a tram downtown or to walk to nearby museums such as Rijks and Van Gogh and to Heineken Brewery. Good value for backpackers. One of the staff named Badoon was very helpful, the others not so much. The location is wonderful, close to museums and amenities. The breakfast was fair. The free wi-fi that helped us book new accomodation so we could leave ASAP. Only the location and a decent breakfast. Staff are helpful...but not really. Location was good. just location. the location. I dont like anything...staffs are not well trained.. Particulary the the chinese staff, when I call the hotel telephone (I am very close to heineken station) this chinese staff is not advising me the properly.becoz of this I am wasted my 1 hour to find the location. Finally I found myself.... The only thing I feel good is the location and I just stay one night!. It is pretty close to museums .it only takes 5 minutes to get there. Very little to like, honestly. N/a. - Internet booking showed the price of 94.67 euros for 2 nights, but was charged 95 euros at the hotel. - There's no hot water in the 2nd morning. - Staff was friendly but not very helpful when there is a problem. Sharing with other people that I did not know. If I was to go by hostel again, I would do it with a party of my friends. The window is broken..... missing coat hanger not very friendly staff other fees as extra 4% for card payment, deposit for key etc. Bedbugs!!! Looked unhygienic. One guy is very friendly, but his counterpart was less customer oriented. Rooms were being renovated. Mine was still on the list for fixing and had a moldy smell. Winding staircase was cramped. Very poor cleaning, the worst I have seen. My room had only a small keylock with two little screws to keep the door closed, meaning that there was no security at all. I would recommend Amsterdam but never this place. It should be classified as a hostel, not a hotel. there was exposed wiring in the room, peeling paint and cracked walls, dirt, there was blood on a sheet, a light switch was broken so I couldnt turn the light off, the lock on the door was barely existent, the outside latch lock was almost ripped off the door. Very steep and narrow stairs. The toilets on the floor. The room has only three beds, one chair and a wash basin, that Only thing you can put on your bed. Access to the Internet only in the reception area - and it's three standing-room to not stay long. bed bugs not clean Horrible rooms. no wifi reception on top floor. All the room doors had been damaged by break ins and had been poorly repaired with only one good screw. as I checked in the above table, It was dirty matres, pillow and blanket without cover, incredibly dirty toilet, small, bad service, .. it was not a hotel!. the list of forbidden things. Broken window. The rooms are not clean very dirty, they donot clean the bathroom every day. The rooms stinks and no safe for the personal belongings. - extremely dirty and moulded bathroom - being bitten by bedbugs. I will not come to this hotel once again and not inform my friends pls do not make anybooking in this hotel.absolutely no cleaning and no hygenic.... Bathroom is worst... the staffs are rally cold and the room is too bad with smell. It is the worst hotel (maybe hostel, cos it is not a hotel at all) I've stayed. We had a sink in the room and it was dripping on the floor and it was ducktaped but the smell in the room was so bad that makes you not sleep in that place. Room was so ruined. The breakfast doesnt look like a breakfast its so poor and not delicious at all.the toilets are so old and filthy . I really didnt want to use them. If you are paying for sleeping at least you need a clean space for that. The smell is still in my nose and it was so disgusting. Rooms were infested with rats!!!!! And when told the manager about it, he handed us some sticks to chase the rats away! Unbelievable! Never ever recommend this again!. We booked a double room for 2 nights and at arrival there weren't any doubles left, so we got a 4 persons (2 bunk beds) room but might had to change next day. We weren't happy about it so eventually we didn'T. There was a wet room but no shower. The rooms were filthy and some of the staff (owners?) were terribly rude and not sympathetic at all from what we have experienced, seen and heard. El agua caliente no funciono en el baño privado de nuestra habitacion ningun dia. En el resto del edificio, funciono 2 dias de 3. Sábanas sucias, colchones deformados, habitacion sucia. No hot water in the private bathroom of the room. In the rest of the building, hot water worked only 2 days of our 3 days staying. Sheets and room were dirty, and matresses deformed. Everything other than location. The room was not at all clean - we felt itchy when we were in bed. All the facilities were extremely old, dirty and not functional. This is the most dirtiest hostel/hotel I have ever been!! So small and ugly, old equiped rooms. But the worst thing is, they have a bed bugs there!!! I have nearly 35 bites. It is dangerous and disguising place, very noisy. The staff is unhelpful. They ask you to bring your trash down from your room. What´s that??? Do not go there, if you are not hell of a mess loving person!. the fact i came home covered in infected bites and i only stayed one night. breakfast was so bad, room was so so bad, toilet was so so bad !!! the door is not secure, the key-card they gave me was already cut in half....the wifi was slow and only available downstairs, not like the wed-site said. bugs in the room, everywhere! they bit us, staff wasn't suprise, they said " open the window, when it's cold, they are not going out". they didn't want to give money, they frightened us they would through us from the hotel and we have no law. Just after my promise that I'd say to the rest of their guest what i founded in the bed, they accepted to give money back ( not all). Room was far too small. Loose electrical sockets in room. Bed linen has to be changed by yourself, including going to reception to collect. No soap in room despite request. TV did not get a signal. Breakfast was extremely poor (dry bread with dry cheese and ham), its basically a hostel - not worth the amount they charge and the staff are not great. +4% for card payments. Insanitary breakfast. No real lock at the bedroom door. Bugs in the Bed! The sheets on the beds were not changed and we could smell the previous guest! The door was broken and bathroom and shower! They had construction workers working quite noisy! I didn't expect much from the hotel and I am an experienced traveller and I live in China since 4 years but this was my worst hostel experience ever! Can't recommend this hostel!. The room we were in we all covered in bedbugs we were laying and sleeping on them so we reported in got changed to a nother room witch the window was broken so when we went out people could of got in and stole our things I want to put in a formal complaint.
