The service was outstanding - staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and really went out of their way. So many nice extra touches, eg. range of toiletries in bathroom including hairbrush and a pillow menu. Big flat screen tv in the room. Lots of channels on tv, eg. BBC, Sky News.
