Location was great - Valkenburg is a beautiful town and the railway station to go to Maastricht is just around the corner. Hotel was fairly cheap and had a great breakfast selection. - The staff were very friendly and helpful.

You might be shocked to realize that the hotel is above a bar, but don't worry about the noise. The rooms are quiet, clean, and tidy. There was a shower attached to the room, but the toilet is shared by all. Overall, the experience was very nice. The receptionist/bartender was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was just a perfect. Wifi comes with the place, just ask the bartender for the password
