  I could write in detail about how beautiful and amazing this place is ... I could go on for hours as it is that fantastic .... so instead I will just say - book it! Don't waste your time researching anywhere else because this is the best there is. Unfortunately, Caroline, the proprietor, was away, but her staff, Abdullah, Hadif ( the chef) and the others, were unbelievable! They were friendly and helpful, without being hovering. The food, was probably the best we had in Morocco. The setting was glorious and restorative. The rooms were tasteful, comfortable, and charming.   Chez Talout is the best place we staid during our trip in Marocco! The auberge is located in a surrounding that is a bit desolated, but sooo beautiful! The place is so calm and peaceful, being there cures your soul. Star-gazing from the terasse at night - The owner, Mohammad, was very welcoming and friendly and ensured you had a great stay. The accommodation is a little off the beaten track, so when we got a little lost Mohammad kindly came and found us. So I would say a mobile phone is a definite necessity when going to such places. Mohammad was also full of information about things to do in the area and beyond.
