  Arguably one of the best hotels hotels I have ever stayed at with the absolute best customer service I have ever received. The staff was BEYOND helpful and willing to help us with whatever we needed. They even had a driver for hire, Khalid, who was truly an amazing person. Our clothes were folded and they even was - I have been to many places in different countries. Mnar Castle is one of the very good choices. The Receptionist girl was thorough professional who handled many guests at the same time. Facilities were excellent. Construction was new and apartment as well as stuff was fresh and clean. location is also best as it oversees a unique place where two oceans meet. lovely morning and evening view.

  The hotel is in a quiet but I believe basically safe though somewhat dilapidated neighborhood. That said, the hotel itself is as charming a place as you can imagine. Our room had a large terrace overlooking a small but lovely garden with a tile inlay pool. Overall, We enjoyed this hotel more than almost any other we have come across in all our t - We loved our stay here. Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the host with the present of a free upgrade to the best room in the house. The ambiance is relaxed and sophisticated, and the house is absolutely beautiful and perhaps in the best location of Tangier. We love it.

  Omar, his Wife and Daughter were very hospitable. We arrived late in the evening, Omar helped us find a parking space. His Wife had cooked an amazing meal of Lamb Tagine with wonderful salads to start with. A truly memorable experie - The location, inside the Medina, is very good. The owner manager was an extremely nice man, very welcoming and accommodating. We trekked in the nearby RIF mountains and he walked us through the Medina to the foothills of the mountains to show us where to start our hike from. The terrace has great views over Chefchaouene.

  I really liked Elias and his staff. Everybody was so nice and incredibly helpful. Twice we got lost, first when we got there, and 2nd when we went to explore the old medina and got all turned around, and Elias came to our rescue both times. I would highly recommend Casa Elias anyday! - The owner,Elias is the nicest person we have met in Morroco. It was freezing at the night in chefchaouen, but he brought us 2 heaters. He also helped us book bus tickets to Fez. The rooms were clean and we'll decorated, enough space for 6 people. Wifi connection was also fine. And from the terrace, you can see the fine view of the town.

  The rooms were extremely cheap, especially for what you get. You have your own kitchen, own balcony, lounge area, bedroom, and washroom.   What a wonderful Riad! Chefchouen is my favorite city in Morocco and I can't have imagined a better place to stay! Mohammed was so kind and helpful, always taking our calls and assisting us with anything from directions to dinner reccomendations. The view from the riad was magnificent. You really get a sense of indepence which is nice in a city that's so amazing to explore, safe, and welcoming to tourists. I highly reccome - The location in the Medina was great and the private terrace had a beautiful view. Bathroom was clean and it had a great shower. Very affordable - good value for money. A pleasant and quiet place, which made for a relaxing stay in Chefchaouen.
