  Arguably one of the best hotels hotels I have ever stayed at with the absolute best customer service I have ever received. The staff was BEYOND helpful and willing to help us with whatever we needed. They even had a driver for hire, Khalid, who was truly an amazing person. Our clothes were folded and they even was - I have been to many places in different countries. Mnar Castle is one of the very good choices.   Omar, his Wife and Daughter were very hospitable. We arrived late in the evening, Omar helped us find a parking space. His Wife had cooked an amazing meal of Lamb Tagine with wonderful salads to start with. A truly memorable experie - The location, inside the Medina, is very good. The owner manager was an extremely nice man, very welcoming and accommodating. We trekked in the nearby RIF mountains and he walked us through the Medina to the foothills of the mountains to show us where to start our hike from. The terrace has great views over Chefchaouene.

  I really liked Elias and his staff. Everybody was so nice and incredibly helpful. Twice we got lost, first when we got there, and 2nd when we went to explore the old medina and got all turned around, and Elias came to our rescue both times.
