Though we found the facilities quite basic, this riad delivered what we
came for. Ali, the owner, was very available, friendly and responsive to
our needs. We wanted to experience desert culture and because of him we
did. He took us to a village wedding which happened to be taking place
the nite we arrived; he took us on a 4wd trip into the desert

family, hear some traditional musicians, and see aspects of the desert
we wouldnt have seen without him. The fact that the riad is located -
We were very well greeted by Ali and his staff. Ali quickly arranged
jeep and dromedary (no camels in Africa) trips for us. The room was
nicely decorated, Maroccan style. We had a wonderful evening meal under
the tent by the pool and all you can eat breakfast. Above all we got
what we came for, to see the desert, visit a different culture and meet
friendly people.
