The Ryad: Location within the Medina is ideal. Overall, the decoration in the Ryad is very impressive. The room is well equipped, spacious; there is A/C, the shower and bathroom were nice and clean; the common area in the Ryad are well maintained and comfy; the swimming pool is nice to have with the super hot weather in Marrakesh. Staff: Very welcoming and friendly. He is always there for help and offer a lot of advise of what to eat and what not to in the market to avoid sickness and stomach.
所有评语 » in Brief pretty much flawless place, great staff and people yousef the most helpful person, and carel the owner, do get to know them. ryad is so quiet and tranquil both in the day and the night, it seems like an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. and for the price one cannot hesitate, I do fear in my next visit to Marrakech prices may rise! ryad rooms are very home like with subtle lighting and rustic furniture. Youssef (manager) is very helpul! On the first day he picked us at another Riad we entered because we couldn't find Ryad Noura (google maps is useless inside Medina), he gave us a map and accompanied us the first day to the center of Medina! Pool is small but very refreshing, nice area around pool, very relaxing after visiting busy Medina! Very nice Riad - cosy, confortable and clean, nice decoration!. Yousseff, the manager, is an absolutely outstanding man! Helpful, friendly, accomodating, extremely polite and sweet! He gave us advice, guidance and sorted us out with guides, a new ryad to stay in when we wanted to extend our stay in Marrakech and a cup of tea every opportunity. The ryad is beautifully peaceful and comfortable. Clean and tidy!. The host of Ryad Noura -Youssef- was the best you can wish for. He took care of everything, s.a. the guide, the luggage, a great diner and a doctor when our daughter got sick. The ryad looks wonderful, like in a fairytale. You feel immediately at home. It's an oase where you can relax after a tirying day in the vivid city. A stunning riad in a fabulous location. First class staff and nothing was too much trouble. On our last day my husband was poorly and they let us stay in the room bringing herbal teas upon request. Lovely roof terrace where you can relax and also have breakfast. The manager was just wonderful. A stunningly beautiful Riad. Superb staff. The manager Youseff looked after us like we were royalty and made sure our stay was perfect and that we never got lost - he even guided us to restaurants and collected us afterwards. A real character with a fabulous sense of humour. A haven of peace in the craziness that is Marrakech. Adjil (concierge, cook, waiter front-of-house and all-round top bloke) was friendliness and helpfulness personified (we asked for a restaurant recommendation and he walked us to Dar Zellij). Youssef, the riad manager, was fantastic. He helped me book reservations for things, provided a detailed map to the Big Square, gave tips on negotiating taxi fares. He was wonderful. The staff were absolutely great and really went out of there way to not only make us welcome but to also ensure we had everything we needed. Yussuf, who welcomed us, showed us around and cooked us breakfast was such a lovely guy; very caring and kind with the children. Very nice experience of Ryad. Felt like stayed with a well known family. Everything. Yusuf is the best .He is like an angel. Nothing! If I could, I would give this Ryad a 20 out of 10. nothing. We were 2 couples and we stayed at mona quadruple room, wich is very confortable, but has no effective door for bathroom (just a curtain)! Location - very hard to find on tje first day!. we loved everything. we highly reccomend this ryad to everyone. Nothing. Not in the 'poshest' part of the Medina, and a bit of a trek to the main square, but surrounded by real life Marrakesh. I couldn't fault a thing. location but it is safe Yusuf will help you .
