Riad Paula was amazing! The staff took care of us like we were part ofthe family! It was the most luxurious hostel I have ever stayed at andwell worth the money! The friendliness of the staff far exceeded myexpectations!. I liked the location of the hotel, the staff was excellent, they took really great care of us. typical riad close to Jamaa el Fna, the centre of the Medina, but even closer to Place des Ferblantiers (you should ask your taxi to stop there and it's 5 min. walking distance).The room we stayed in, the wall was little bit mouldy and it was cold during the night even with the heating on. All the previous negative comments are true but this is a cheap Riad not the Hilton!. Clearer directions on how to find the hotel without any assistance. Humid room, the temperature of the room was not very warm at night even with the heating on. Pieces of the roof kept falling down because of humidity. Did not change towels in 4 nights stay.
