The staff was amazing, professional and accomodating. Heenan, Chauti, Faoud, Hasan and many others went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. The guides Omar and Mufasah) who were arranged for my visit to the Medina and shopping in the French Quarter were great as well. - Staff very good - they even anticipated our needs - We were given an upgrade which was much appreciated - Nice details like being offered a welcome drink, orange juice when on terrace - Water in room was a nice touch.
