Staff, cosy rooms, peaceful from Marrakech bustle. Beautiful riad. Lots of authentic pieces and gorgeous decorating. The pool in the courtyard was lovely. Could be noisy if full with other guests. My AC didn't work and was uncomfortable in 100 degree heat. Sound echoes throughout the hotel but that's probably the nature of a traditional home. Also when I checked in they gave me a key and left; I was literally the only person in the riad and it was already nighttime. Good thing I still had a little water and snacks because I never would have been able to find my way in the dark medina.
