We got back to the riad from shopping and dining around midnight and we wanted mint tea sooo bad that we asked the person at the front desk if we could have some and he made some tea for us.   Staff were extremely friendly and couldn't help you enough. A lovely quiet and relaxing riad a 5 minute walk from the main square. Very nice clean rooms and would recommend. - Riad Hasni is an oasis among the souks in Marrakech. Pure luxury in a very authentic Moroccan way.   Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed. The gorgeous roof terrace is just what you need to rest after a morning in the Souks or square. Comfortable - A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk. We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations! Breakfast was excellent and different each day. We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.

Frenck made our stay very pleasant.He is a really nice host, and knows the meaning of hospitality. He made our stay the best we have had in Morocco.
