  Where to start! Instantly got a good feeling from booking with a nice reply welcoming us and advising they could help with any requests. Once there, they were spot on with transfers after we had car hire issues and were there within 10 mins to pick us up. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and great with our baby boy!   We booked this riad based on the strength of it's reviews and were not disappointed. The riad is beautiful, with rooms set around a courtyard and was a relaxing retreat after the heat and bustle of the Medina. They were happy to do whatever they could to make our stay enjoyable. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the main square but you can take some lovely small side streets so it is an enjoyable stroll.
