The place is a gem. The rooms are big and very well maintained. The
rooms were spotless. It was located of the main road, which made for
peace and quite. It takes 4 mins to walk from the ado bus station to
Maison Tulum to walk. Turn left out of bus station to the corner, turn
left again. Walk along this road crossing one road and the next corner
is the hotel. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for more than
a hostel. Would stay here again. The onside bakery is just a bonus. 所有 评语 »
Owner of the place, makes You feel like home, very helpful and friendly guy.
After checking out we had been left like 10 hours to our bus, thanks to hospitality of the owner we could left the luggage in the hotel, enjoy the beach for the rest of the day and after that take the shower in the hotel before the next trip. Perfect attitude!.
The man running the place while I was there, Guillermo, was great. He was running the little restaurant and hotel by himself and was always as helpful and friendly as he could be. The location is good, 2 blocks to the Main Street of town, with fun restaurants, bars, etc. Also 2 blocks to ADO Bus station.
We liked the location near bus and the center of Tulum with a lots of local restaurants and art shops.The htl has a lovely design and a garden around.Fresh croissants from its own bakery.Very helpful staff,specially Ms.Elda Orihuela. Good "Beach club" for guests of Maison Tulum.
The staff was very nice and efficient. I made a mistake with the days
when I made the reservation and they changed it free of charge even if
they should have charged me one night.
The hotel was confortable and charming, staff is friendly and really good breakfast! Good choice indeed!.
Even though it is small. The place is cozy for guests if you are there
to see some sites especially the ruins and beach spots. All in all, it
is a good and a reasonable price for a short stay.

Nothing, perhaps a bit strange smell from the bathroom.
The facility is a bit hard to find. Not many locals know the hotel even
if you were to give the address of the spot. There are times that the
water pressure in the shower slows down but not very long. If you are
planning to cook in the hotel. There are missing utensils and for some
reason they are not washed properly.
