  The staff were fantastic! Helping us with inquiries and bookings for tours etc The hotel was excellent! It felt like a home away from home, we had the Master Suite, which we loved. Clean and tidy. Location, location. I could not think of better spot to be. Excellent value for money.   An excellent budget-friendly, no-frills, clean hotel located in old Puerta Vallarta, 4 blocks from the beach and Malacon board walk. The staff are wonderful, friendly, very helpful even if their english or your spanish are limited. Bus and taxi service are available right outside. Wi-Fi and bottled drinking water are included. There is no elevator so - We where at Belmar on vacation over x-mas 12/13. I was there With my 16 years old son. We where suposed to stay there for only one week, but cause of the location and the price, we decided to stay one and half week more. The stuff where very kinde and helpful all the time. We liked Belmar a lot. It was traffic right outside of the hotel so it was much noice outside. Over all.. we had a nice stay there.
