  All the people working here was very helpful and friendly. There was always a person at the reception. We had breakfast at the restaurant (not included in the price) and it was very great and not expensive. We were four ladies traveling and they watched after us.   The staff was great. WE requested a room with a mini fridge, although not available the first night they put us in a room with mini fridge the second day for the duration of our stay.   Perfect place for young travelers looking to travel on a tight budget. The location is premium, right on 5th Ave in the middle of all the fun, and a block away from the beach! Rooms are air conditioned, and kept clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is more than enoug - Good, clean, basic room with hot water. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included was good. No complaints. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room, but not absolutely necessary. Good location and my room was in the back and 3rd floor - so no noise as long as you ran the ceiling fan and air conditioner.

  We booked 1 night here but after staying the night we kept extending it for another 4. The ladies at check in are so friendly and helpful. We had a mishap with our luggage at the airport and they instantly came to our rescue in sorting the situation out, so much so that the next morning we woke up to the girls at the check in offering to bus back ... 别人怎么说 » to the airport on a mission to get our baggage talk about service!! The rooms are large and spacious and light ( I recommend a balcony room). The guys - Very friendly staff, large rooms with extremely comfortable and large bed. A few yards from an amazing beach.   The room was large, really clean, and the kitchen had lots of equipment (including a coffee machine and blender!) The air-conditioned room was a great place to relax, and such good value for money! It was only a 5 min walk to 5th avenue and the beach - and in a peaceful area so you escape the noise from bars and clubs. Our host was so friendly and... 别人怎么说 » patient with my terrible Spanish. She very kindly let us have a late check-out which helped us out incredibly! I would definitely recommend this hote - I loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, the accommodations are perfect, the price is perfect. I never write reviews, but this hotel is absolutely incredible. It is close to the beach and right next to the ADO bus stop from the airport in Cancun. It is right on the entertainment district but there is no noise. I can't emphasize how much I loved this hotel.
