  The staff was great. WE requested a room with a mini fridge, although not available the first night they put us in a room with mini fridge the second day for the duration of our stay.   Perfect place for young travelers looking to travel on a tight budget. The location is premium, right on 5th Ave in the middle of all the fun, and a block away from the beach! Staff was friendly and the breakfast included was good. No complaints. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room, but not absolutely necessary. Good location and my room was in the back and 3rd floor - so no noise as long as you ran the ceiling fan and air conditioner.

  The room was large, really clean, and the kitchen had lots of equipment (including a coffee machine and blender!) The air-conditioned room was a great place to relax, and such good value for money! It is close to the beach and right next to the ADO bus stop from the airport in Cancun. It is right on the entertainment district but there is no noise. I can't emphasize how much I loved this hotel.
