  All the people working here was very helpful and friendly. There was always a person at the reception. We had breakfast at the restaurant (not included in the price) and it was very great and not expensive. We were four ladies traveling and they watched after us. Rooms are air conditioned, and kept clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is more than enoug - Good, clean, basic room with hot water. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included was good. No complaints. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room, but not absolutely necessary. Good location and my room was in the back and 3rd floor - so no noise as long as you ran the ceiling fan and air conditioner.

  We booked 1 night here but after staying the night we kept extending it for another 4. The ladies at check in are so friendly and helpful. We had a mishap with our luggage at the airport and they instantly came to our rescue in sorting the situation out, so much so that the next morning we woke up to the girls at the check in offering to bus back ... 别人怎么说 » to the airport on a mission to get our baggage talk about service!! The rooms are large and spacious and light ( I recommend a balcony room). The guys - Very friendly staff, large rooms with extremely comfortable and large bed. A few yards from an amazing beach. The location is perfect, the accommodations are perfect, the price is perfect. I never write reviews, but this hotel is absolutely incredible. It is close to the beach and right next to the ADO bus stop from the airport in Cancun. It is right on the entertainment district but there is no noise. I can't emphasize how much I loved this hotel.

I'd like to give an special mention to Keshi (the concierge guy) who gave us really good tips and recommemdations as to where to go, where to eat and he even helped us to make our reservations to some places.
