  Perfect place for young travelers looking to travel on a tight budget. The location is premium, right on 5th Ave in the middle of all the fun, and a block away from the beach! Rooms are air conditioned, and kept clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is more than enoug - Good, clean, basic room with hot water. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included was good. No complaints. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room, but not absolutely necessary. Good location and my room was in the back and 3rd floor - so no noise as long as you ran the ceiling fan and air conditioner.

  The room was large, really clean, and the kitchen had lots of equipment (including a coffee machine and blender!) The air-conditioned room was a great place to relax, and such good value for money! She very kindly let us have a late check-out which helped us out incredibly! I would definitely recommend this hote - I loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect, the accommodations are perfect, the price is perfect. I never write reviews, but this hotel is absolutely incredible. It is close to the beach and right next to the ADO bus stop from the airport in Cancun. It is right on the entertainment district but there is no noise. I can't emphasize how much I loved this hotel.
