  Perfect for families with older children. We had a 3 bed premier apartment which gave a good balance of luxury and space. Really enjoyed the private Hot tub on our terrace with sea view.   Perfect place for young travelers looking to travel on a tight budget. The location is premium, right on 5th Ave in the middle of all the fun, and a block away from the beach! Rooms are air conditioned, and kept clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is more than enoug - Good, clean, basic room with hot water. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included was good. No complaints. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room, but not absolutely necessary. Good location and my room was in the back and 3rd floor - so no noise as long as you ran the ceiling fan and air conditioner.
