3. Hotel has own parking
4. Small shop (Oxxo) is just few steps away from hotel
5. Taxi to ADO station cost 30 peso (usually 1 of 2 taxi drivers agree to this price)
6. There is a cheap laundry nearby (10peso/kg),ask hotel stuff, it's close to ferry to isla mujeres and has black gates.

were about 2 mins away! Always a taxi nearby and near some very good
