  This hotel has the best service I have ever received. The staff, facilities, meals and rooms are spectacular, not to mention the free upgrade to a king suite I received on check in. Wonderful, customer focused staff and a great location made Nizuc amazing for the relaxation I needed at the end of my trip.

  We stayed here only for one night after a trip to Valladolid and Tulum in order to catch a morning flight out of Cancun. The staff was friendly and helpful on arrival.
