  I really can't fault this place, it was perfect in everyway. My best friend and I stayed here for four nights and will be back without a doubt.   Excellent standard, very nice rooms with big beds all white and fresh. Good facilities with gym and pool (although a bit cold!), laundry (you need to "buy" a special coin in the reception so don't do the same mistake that we did, trying all of our regular mexican pesos....)   This hotel has the best service I have ever received. The staff, facilities, meals and rooms are spectacular, not to mention the free upgrade to a king suite I received on check in. Wonderful, customer focused staff and a great location made Nizuc amazing for the relaxation I needed at the end of my trip.
