Alicia and her family are really kind and helpful people. They really make sure that you enjoy your stay in their hostel! I think the only way to describe this hostel is: lovely!
The hostel itself is clean, secure and very very cute. There is a really nice terrace where you can have a lovey breakfast in the morning and hang out later on in the day. The room is also quite cozy!

Me and my girlfriend stayed at one of the A-shaped cottages. Fantastic! Very clean and comfortable. The owners were very very friendly and hospitable from the beginning to the end of our stay. They were always there to help and advise where to go, what to do, whatever you need, etc. We even got a free laundry service given the number of days we stayed there - that was a nice bonus :-) I can only but recommend Nipah Guesthouse.
Alicia and Anuar instantly made us feel at home. Any need we had they would immidiately see too. My wife is disabled and Anuar started building a ramp as soon as we arrived, they also upgraded us for free to another room as it was more accessible.
The place is clean, cosy and we loved the pancakes for breakfast. The beach is only 5 min away and we had free wifi in our room since it was real close to the public area.
I liked the warmth of the couple running the hotel (Alicia and Anuar).
They were very nice, helpful and welcoming. The design of the triangle
shaped chalets were unique and interesting, and the interiors were
clean. Also the main dining area was very well decorated and had a
homely feel. Had a great time staying here.
Excellent Guest House. Clean, nice swimming pool. Great design. Just right for a family with kids. Everything well maintained. Owners very helpful. Would recommend to anyone going to Pangkor. We traveled in Aug 2013 with our 2 daughters. Rooms were spacious enough, very clean, good AC.
Personal touch - the hosts Alicia and Anuar and really go out of their way to make you feel at home and well-looked after. The guesthouse is extremely clean and well-maintained, and is constantly being improved and upgraded. Great location, short walk to the beach.
Nipah guesthouse is offering a friendly atmosphere yet quiet and
relaxing. Perfect for young couples. Host family is great, helping at
any time and super kind. Egyptian pool is a plus and make-you-own-
breakfast is fun.
The cleanest among the budget/economy range. Well maintained. Nice basic deco. Wading pool. Basic cooking facility available. Walking distance to the beach. Freeflow coffee@tea (self-prepare). Privacy.
The owners are the best!i got sick during my stay and they helped me a
lot! The atmosphere is relaxing.Walking distance (5 min)from the best
beach of the island.VERY Clean!.
Everything. "Home away from home"is written at the entrance, and it really feels like. Thanks to the owners who made this place a little paradise.

Some new construction was going on when we were staying, due to which
privacy was lost slightly. The landscaping of the guest house
lawns/pool area could be improved.
Small toilet.
Lack AC in the room adjacent to the bedroom. No bedsheet, only a blanket.
Wifi not working in A-Frame cottages.
Beaches are not very clean, and no possibility to buy fruits on the island.
1) There is not hot water
2) The shower is almost upon the toilet and in my chalet it was befor the toilet. Always wet floor
3) Long distance to the beach
4) Hight price (for the same facilities you can find around some places 30-50% cheaper)
5) Self making breakfast means that you will wash your dishes (for me for 10 days it was tiresomly)
6) Limited fruits for breakfast
7) Smoking in common dinner area.
