i love it! every small details at their hotel lobby and rooms just nice and for a hotel with this much price, its totally affordable and worth staying. the rooms are big and spacious too :D. Love everything, read earlier that the bed is going to be hard, but suprisingly, the bed is to my liking. For approximately RM100 per night totally worth the money!. Value for money. Fish ball noodle @ coffee shop beside it must try. A lot of local there eating, taste must be really good. Miss this time, must try next time.
所有评语 » Room was clean with comfortable bed. Had good sleep. Breakfast at Old town coffee house was very good. Staff were very polite. The staff very helpful and kind in their service, would recommend this hotel for my friends. Very big, bedroom is clean and comfortable. Bed mattress. Clean. Convenient. Accessible to shops and supermarkets. the bathroom ameneties were very nice & creative looking. were given Oldtown Kopitiam voucher for breakfast. The room is very spacious. I like the breakfast at Old Town Coffee. Free Wifi. Shopping convenience. Design of the room. However, the room lack of lighting. Love the decoration of the rooms, clean and comforting. Hotel is clean & Comfort. It was aquiet place. Nothing.. Same thing, mattress too hard. Everything is fine.. No fridge and packing limmited. the aircond not cold enough. A bit expensive being a Hotel with not much facilities. Very simple breakfast with not much choice. Counter service staff not knowledgable enough about Kulai area. They could not assist in guiding us how to get to Le Grandeur Hotel and Palm Resort. Room walls are too plain looking, not a single poster or picture at all. This does nit make the room look cosy and nice although it is very clean. Karaoke & game center located on 2nd floor can be heard from the room on the 4th floor even after 2am. staff were not really friendly. had to asked twice before they send the iron to the room. Your staff's boyfriend is sitting at the waiting area. She cannot concentrate on her job. She wrote the wrong room number on my check in card. Trying to served us quickly so that she can join her boyfriend on the sofa and start flirting. The Coway water dispenser got not enough water. No dustbin in the toilet. The bed is so hard and there is a window but it is kinda of a fake window cuz when u open it there's no fresh air. It is basically a shopping mall turned into a hotel. The internet connection was on and off but overall the room was comforting. TV do not have sport channels,or cable TV. the bed is very hard. No shower caps. The kettle is rusty...had to take water very far away..
