A really good hotel with great staff and excellent value for money ratio. Good breakfast, Apple's Macs in the lobby with a free internet, free coffee and tea in the lobby. It takes about 10 - 15 minutes to walk to the downtown area. And it is just 1/2 mile from the railway and bus stations. The adjacent area seems pretty quiet and safe, we would leave a car several times next to the hotel. Well, it's just fabulous.
所有评语 » I loved the care of the team of the reception... They are awesome!! The Hotel is clean, is happy, and i felt very well inside. Everyone in the hotel Smile, and in my perception is a excelent place to be back. They provide free coffe in the lounge, and it´s was nice when you will out of the Hotel. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety and many flavours to taste. The hotel is very upbeat and has lots of innovative design features -- wide, open, nicely lit eating space connected with lobby -- free tea and coffee stand by check-in; ample breakfast choices (healthy Euro-style); rock music theme is fun; competent and friendly young people at check in. Great concept,friendly staff,one-year old hotel.Nice view of old town from most of the rooms.Bus&railway station,airport nearby;old town is 1080 :) steps away. Free coffee&tea available in the lobby 24/7.Internet works well.Best value for money. Really great design. Good breakfast: everyone may find something to eat. and everything was tasty. Soundtrack during breakfast very positive and make the beggining of the day perfect. Teas for free that's what you'll be needed for sure in winter time. Everything!!!! Absolutely everything. The best hotel I have ever slept in! And believe me, I have had my fair share of 4 and 5 stars hotels too. But the "ONLY" three stars Comfort Hotel lt is purely and simply amazing, with a staff to die for!. Really great staff, location and overall impressions. The breakfast was versatile and really enjoyable. We left the car near the hotel and walked downtown, it takes about 10 - 15 minutes to walk there. Really a great and sooth location. The staff were very helpful and efficient. As I see it, this is mostly a busness trip/convention type of hotel aimed at young professionals. Late (6 p.m.) check-out time on Sundays. The hotel is relatively close to the Old Town. Room is comfortable and spacious enough. Good (but sometimes overcrowded late at night) restaurant. Free tea and coffee in lobby - very nice when you come in frozen. In general, simple modern hotel very good at the price. The hotel seems to be very popular, many people were staying there, crowds in front of reception desk. I love nordic minimalistic style of the hotel. Very good services for reasonable price. Recommend it!... by all means. We stayed at the hotel for one night. Everything there was ok: modern hotel with nice music design inside. Our room was spaceful and comfortable. The included breakfast was also ok - it contained many different dishes. It was just great. Modern, spacious, silent and clean rooms, good breakfast, nice restaurant, helpful and friendly staff and a very nice informal atmoshere, all observed by the hotel-rabbit and his daily wise advise. Lovely, modern hotel, rooms though not large were immaculately clean and modern. Bathroom with excellent walk in shower was particularly nice. Staff were very welcoming and helpful especially the reception team. Loved the staff, not only do they speak many languages, they also advise on things to see and places to go. Comfortable beds. Personnel at front were excellent and the hotel is relatively new and close to the old citty, train/bus station. If was well priced and quiet! Close the city centre but just out enough to be quiet. The parking lot costs 10 EUR and is relatively small, you need to book it beforehand. In this Hotel, i have no critic to say. Make sure to always carry yr room key -- you need it to operate the elevators. Air conditioning could be a bit more efficient. Breakfast on weekdays could improve,bigger variety of fruits&vegetables would be appreciated.Euro is not accepted for payment (nowhere in Vilnius),you can exchange money in banks only. The temperature in the room sometimes seems a little bit low. And also some smell from the water, it reminds petrol smell. A fridge in the room would have been a must. The parking at the hotel is not free and costs 10 EUR/night. With Lithuania boasting one of the highest Internet connection speeds in Europe the hotel's wi-fi most definitely doesn't live up to the high standard. The signal was strong, however the real data traffic response was random and on-and-off, on several different devices, which pretty much made the use of wi-fi a rare hassle. So I wouldn't recommend the hotel for those professionals who depend on a reliable Internet connection. A rather bland breakfast. Location is a little bit in the middle of nowhere. Sometimes you should wait a minute for someone at the reception desk, but it is not a problem. Like I said, it was just great. A little bit further out of the old town than expected (about 15mins walk) and in an area in need of further investment. No issues re safety. Room was a bit hot overnight and safety window could not open far. There is air conditioning but it is rather noisy which you do get used to. The breakfast was plain and simple, nothing too shabby. The shampoo/gel finished on us after taking one shower. Not a problem but would like a mini bar in room and extra pillow. Breakfast room layout caused congestion as people pushed past tables; Music at breakfast was too loud for that time of day; Absence of closets in our second room. There are two comfort hotels in vilnius very close together. Make sure you get the right one. No mini bar in the room. Room is not so big for family travellers. The restaruant closed before midnight on Saturday night! And I was not the only person wishing to have if not snack then some drinks. At the reception we were asked to pay the room in their money and as the foreign traveler is difficult to go at the exchange house and after then to be accommodated in the hotel. What would have happened if our flight arrives at night?. - Breakfast could be better - Rooms are rather small. We were quite late for the breakfast and it seemed the variety of food was scarce. There were no fruit or vegetables at all. The staff requires you to pay the bill before settling at the hotel, this surprised me))) Maybe such an internal policy, still it exists... Inside the room there are hooks on the wall only for your clothes, no wardrobe... If you have many things you may have a mess of staff hanging over there. I wouldn't mind if it was located a bit closer to the Old Town. The restaurant of the hotel can (in my opinion) use some improvements. To small I had to come back 3 times before there was a table available for dinner. People a bit stressed. What I didn't like was the fact that the coffee in the lounge was not always available (empty cans). Should fill it more frequently. the carpets had these industriel smells, I am not sure if the A/C worked properly, the elevators were often temporarily overloaded. A small fridge would be nice but the rooms don't have enough space for it. Breakfast for 8 euros per person is too much asked in Lithuania. Terrible breakfast. Small variety of dishes, sometimes you need to wait long time for food replenishment. Location is a bit far away from the city center. Haven't discovered anything during short stay. No wardrobe in the room, just hanger. No shower cabin, just curtain; water on the floor after shower. Nothing. It's a shame the hotel didn't have an outside space/cafe/seating area. Didn't like the table football in the entrance, too noisy I didn't like that there wasn't a bowl of mixed chopped fruit for breakfast Didn't like that the bedding wasn't changed in 5 nights Didn't like that TV didn't have a film channel in English or DVD player. Check in at 3.00 P.M. the charged me 8 euros for early check in breakfast could be better. very poor wi-fi connection in the room, noisy air conditioner in the bedroom. It could be better to have more fruits and deserts for breakfast. It seems that the designer of the hotel rooms was so obsessed with looks that he forgot the purpose of some things: no closed space to put your clothes? Only a metal frame to hang your stuff? Only one hook in the bathroom in the room for two? It looks nice but impractical. Not center location, no restaurants near the hotel after 20.00 Sunday. The walls were a bit thin so could here neighbours!.
