We really loved the comfort of the apartment, facilities it offered and the design. It's located just next to the central cathedral, in a very quiet courtyard. The staff is very helpful and friendly (I mistakenly thought we had left a camera in the apartment and emailed them about that, and they even offered to go to the restaurant we had eaten at the pevious night and to ask about the camera there). 所有评语 » Super friendly and helpful people! Great value for money - better room quality than many local hotels and, therefore, exceptional value for the money. Best selection of TV channels of I experienced in Kaunas so far. Most hotels offer just a few channels. Big flat-screen TV! That is perhaps to be expected but most local hotels have quite old (and therefore SMALL) flat-screen TV's or even old fashioned ones (also small). Very clean apartment for cheap price. Apartment has everything you need, like fridge, gas, 2 separate beds, where 4 4 people can stay very comfortably. Shower and bathroom were clean and tidy. No offense for anything. Stuff is friendly, knows the best places in Kaunas and is very communicable. All the best for this place. Nothing bad to say. Lots of space for your belongings, free wi-fi and free parking lot in the heart of the city. Quiet yard, no traffic noise. Very comfortable bathroom, tea-coffee was also available. Nearby is a cosy restaurant serving national cuisines and a pedestrian street with lots of cafeterias and boutiques. Good apartments and great location just behind the Cathedral. There are a lot of cafe/restaurants around; prices are quite low for such good quality food. Also, there is all necessary equipment in the kitchen to cook nice breakfast from local dairy products. I liked that much concern was felt about us taking pictures of the accommodation, like the stylish interior, its minimalism combined with the presence of all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The flat is centrally heated. The heating was off and we felt like in a fridge. The neighbors complained all the time about us being too loud. It was suppose to be 3 day stay, but after 25 hours we were asked to leave. And yes they came to notify us exactly 1 hour after checkout time instead of early morning, so they can keep most of the money paid. Would not recommend to anyone.
